PDF Viewer [Solved]

I would like to install a PDF viewer on my tablet but am unable to connect to the internet through the USB tethering feature to download a PDF viewer application through F-Droid. Is there a way to install a PDF viewer from my computer directly to the tablet? Thank you
Solution:
I visited http://f-droid.org from my laptop
Searched for pdf after clicking the Browse tab on the website
Clicked PDF Reader
Scrolled to the section named Packages
Right clicked the link "download apk" and saved the file to my desktop on my laptop
Connected the USB cable from my tablet to my laptop
After the tablet internal storage mounts, go to Computer and open the internal storage
Copy the file that was just downloaded above to the Download folder on your device/internal storage
Pickup your tablet/device, navigate to the Download folder and open the apk file that was just copied
Tap install on your device
Complete
