I managed to respond to a forum post without JavaScript: https://redmine.replicant.us/boards/39/topics/15655?r=15656

Setup:
  • I used the Tor Browser version 9.5.1
  • The Tor Browser security level is set to "Safest"
  • I had the Menu Bar enabled
Howto:
  • First go to the forum post to respond to, here I used that: https://redmine.replicant.us/boards/39/topics/15655
  • In the Menu Bar you need to go in View->Page Style and select "No Style". This will show you a huge text box with the " Message content " text right before it. You can simply type your text there. It's a good idea to copy-paste it in some text file before sending it, to make sure it's not lost if anything goes wrong.
  • You can then press the "Submit" button and wait for the data to be sent. Once done the page will automatically load again and you'll see your forum post.
