I use internal storage encryption on Galaxy Nexus and the latest version of Replicant. I enabled it once installed Replicant and it works fine. I haven't tried to enter wrong password more than two or three times. Drtan Samos

It appears that it is not a hardware issue. I have just installed CyanogenMod 10.2 on the device and the problem is gone. I can also be reasonably sure that previous CyanogenMod releases didn't have the problem either. I used CyanogenMod... Drtan Samos
